Transparent versioning

Imagine that you want to make requests for quotes available to your globally distributed suppliers electronically but, due to a change, you have to send all the recipients an updated version of the documents. OpenDXM GlobalX can also deal with this problem. The documents can be made available to the recipients in encrypted form in individual WebSpaces or in a group WebSpace. Automatic notification by email ensures that all the recipients are informed of the change.
